WavMap is a platform dedicated to mapping music professionals across Europe, enabling them to connect and locate each other within the music industry.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing:

• Your email address
• Your first name and last name

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

User Content and License

Your Content: When you use WavMap, you may publish information about your work in the music industry, including your name and professional details, your location, your music genre(s), and your social or political commitments.

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content you publish on WavMap. However, by publishing content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Content Standards: You agree that all content you publish is accurate and truthful, does not violate any third-party rights, does not contain illegal, defamatory, or harmful material, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

WavMap's Property: The Service, including its design, features, software, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Commune de Nuit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
